Food and Service Manager

1. To maintain, administrate and supervise entire F& B Service department operations of the resort which includes Restaurant services, Room Service, Lounge operations, etc
2. Conceptualize the food served (Fun-dining) according to the location (specialty), occasions, season and the occupancy age groups
3. Liason with other departments to organise events and activities in conjunction with them
4. Maintain compliance and adhere to local, state, and central laws and regulations
5. To monitor and review the budget, revenue report, expense & capex. To prepare the departmental annual budget and control the cost as per the budgets.
6. To effectively promote and publicize area recreational programs and events
7. To analyse guests complaints and requests to improve the functioning and to introduce new initiatives for guest and to analyze and prescribe what should be done to improve the quality of existing service
8. To keep abreast with the latest trends in the market and also the strategies / offerings of the competitors in F&B.

1. To provide leadership and support to the departmental heads and their team to ensure smooth functioning
2. To execute the Business Plan and meet financials as per the BSC.
3. Identify training needs & implement process/ programs to enhance service delivery and employee learning.
4. To oversee the CMET and other training programmes to retain and nurture key talent and build a strong line of management
5. To coordinate and audit, day to day operational aspects of each resort.
6. To monitor monthly income and expense vis a vis the budget.
7. To review and analyze the monthly MIS, and operate the Resort effectively and with an optimum level of efficiency.
8. Implement new and innovative F&B modules and events for Holiday activity.

1. Oversee the operations of the HA department which includes the funzone, crocodile club, souviner shop, outdoor activities such as watersport, adventure activities tours and entertainment, stores, spa, pool and the holiday activities department
2. Conceptualize activities according to the occasions, season , occupancy and the age groups.
3. Liason with other departments to organise events and activities in conjunction with them
4. To effectively promote and publicize area recreational programs and events
5. To analyse guests complaints and requests to improve the functioning and to introduce new initiatives as guest activities and to analyze and prescribe what should be done to improve the conditions of existing activities and thus improve the ratings such as PHF, RCI, HEP.
6. To meet recreational needs with maximum effectiveness and with minimum expense - continously monitor budget and revenue
7. To liason with the locals to educate the guests about the local culture and art forms
8.To create and submitt the various report required by unit head and functional head on time required 9.To ensure the implementation of initiative the unit and corporate office.
10. To ensure regular champs show or conducted with quality performance and participation of the certifide champs. 11.To check that all the activities undertaken by the department adhere to the national and international safety standards prescribed for the sport / activity.
